On Call Notary, LLC is pleased to offer the finest loan, mortgage, title, and escrow signing services in the Northern Virginia area. My designation as a Certified Notary Signing Agent by the National Notary Association means that you will get professional, honest, and accurate services. As part of my commitment to you, I offer the following services:

• Receive documents to be notarized and carry them to the appointment
• Print all documents on a high quality laser printer (using 100% recycled paper and non-toxic, biodegradable ink and toner)
• Call the borrower and set up or confirm appointment
• Validate the closing package before leaving the appointment
• Provide fax-back or email services (fees apply)
• Contact appropriate personnel if problems arise at the signing table
• Return closing package via FedEx or preferred carries
• We offer to provide "buyers set" of documents on CD-ROM or via encrypted email

Loan Signing Fees:

Tired of excess copy or fax charges? Feel like you're being taken advantage of by large travel fees? At On Call Notary, LLC, we offer one price for the complete loan signing process. Our fee includes the notary fee, the travel fee (up to 25 miles), the e-docs fee, the printing fee, and other administrative costs - all rolled up into one low fee of $150.00. This fee does not apply to standard notary appointments. NOTE to signing services: In the event On Call Notary, LLC, accepts an assignment from you, and that assignment is canceled, you agree to pay the following cancellation fees: Cancellations made up to two hours before the signing - no fee. Cancellations made after two hours before signing - $75.00 (one half fee). Cancellations made with 30 minutes or less notice - or made at the signing table - FULL FEE will be due.

Payment Options:

On Call Notary can process your payment via credit card or by sending a PayPal invoice (On Call Notary, LLC is PayPal verified). Please note, a 3% service charge will apply to credit card or PayPal payments. We are also happy to extend our loan closing customers the option to pay with a company check on Net 30 terms.
